The Guys left on Thurs day to go to Scott HOlmans TAxidermy to deliver Ron and BArrys bears. After many stories, many miles a quick stop at Tim Hortons for coffee on the way home and Barry tastes the first SWEET morsel of Goodness.His sweet tooth was satisfied after almost a doz was consumed. Talk about satisfiening a sweet tooth do you have any idea how long it takes to consume 1/2 a Banana Cream Pie BArry?

With temps soaring over 100 above Tom and the pups cool off eating watermelon. Squeakers guards the leftover rinds for a refreshing snack on a hot day.

10pm Black bear in Manitoba

This photo shows a good coat, a couple of other photos show the top of his back reaching well up on the goody barrel which is placed about 3 ft from the ground. HOpefullly he will show in the daylight after the season opens. Bob of Mi. took a 6ft+ black weighing up over 500 lbs in fall 2005 the first night of hunting.

16 trips to Big Grass

Mike returns for his 16th trip to hunt with us. He is nearly family now after that many visits. He says he has no idea why he comes back as we always abuse him but after a feed of walleye his mind is changed and ready to return in 08.

2 Manitoba Trophy bear Owners

Jay and Marylou Eubanks of Virginia, and Drew Harper of Oh spent some time with us at the booth giving some great references and catching up on the past news and checking out to see how Toms back was doing. Drew is booked for 2008 spring bear and Jay and Marylou are booked for 2009 spring bear. Jay and Marylou took their bears home from the show.

2 Monsters

These 2 bears tower over these guys when hung at the pole on Tuesday nite at 2 Am. Tom and Hillbilly are just a little worried that the pole will take the strain of the weights of one nearly 7ft. and one just over 6 ft. NO sclae in camp but there must be over 1400 lbs hanging here on Wednesday morning.

2.5 weeks old

9 little monsters get their first feeding of milk supplement. Up till now Jazmine has had no problem keeping them full however they seem to need a little more and it did not take long for them to drink 3 cups of milk.

2007 Big Grass Gang
