Robin Hood #1
May 25, 2008 by
Al, Tom, and Dave spent many hours after breakfast each morning and abused many fletchings. Al definitely got their attention when the Robin hooded his own arrow. The heat was on after this , different angles, and much skeeming these guys were out for blood. Daves fletchings seemed to take a beating that week.

444 Marlin
May 24, 2008 by
Tom packs a 444 Marlin when tracking a wounded bear. One week a bear knocked the feet out from under him and 7 shots later 5 extra holes and the bear was dead. Quick thinking, knowing your gun and shot placement is important with wounded animals and is even more important to make no tracking.

May 24, 2008 by
“Ok Mandy, these people did not put this paper in cupboard for you to take home” Jason seems to have the camera close by at unusual times, for the whole week Arkansas and Kentucky were in camp it was the battling of wills. I do think when all is said and done the last laugh will be in Arkansas!!!
$112.00 You got to be kidding me!!!!
May 24, 2008 by
Can you believe 3 -24’s of beer costing that much. Jason nearly choked at the vendor when he was asked for that much. We better drink all of it and we had better savor the flavor to be paying that much. A pkg of cigs is $13.00 and a can of snuff 2/3 size of Usa is $8.00. “Boy we better order a 40 oz of Crown Royal for pick up at airport as we cannot afford it up here””

Mandy, Assist. Editor of Woman Hunter www.womanhunter.com arrives on Saturday afternoon to hunt her first bear with us. Mandy from Kentucky was very taken by all told to her especially by Tom had a bit of a hard time really believing she was so far north she was on the back side of the moon. After thinking about it for a while she realises she again is at the mercy of the humor in camp.
