Tom invested in a Moose plow for his quad last week sick and tired of walking behind blower. Now just rides the quad. Also it is time to start mixing oats and grease for bear bait so snow has to be moved to set barrels for the upcoming spring bear hunt.

Well someone has the camera now. I seem to spend a lot of time jigging and not much catching when icefishing. I think I will start doing more socializing on the lake seems more fun

Tom’s brother Tim hooks this nice northern from a 8 inch hole in water 25 ft deep. HE put up a good fight and finally Tim pulled him up the hole. We released it in minutes as we have lots of pickeral to eat and it looked like a large female.

Snow Snow Snow It never seems to stop. I do think TOm is looking for something a little wider and that he can sit on instead of this walking.

OK, at the expense of JUDY, I have come up with this new addition to the vehicles I drive. For all the past clients you will get a chuckle from this as af ew clients have named her vehicles “Green Rocket” Now “Blue Bullet” Jason F is still wanting the old muffler put on to the Ford so he can identify how far she is really away.  And when Phil and Jason were being picked up it is amazing how ice was broken by “”blowing a 4-way stop”” just kind of happened.. But no one really complains if the birds get flushed and I still have never landed in ditch with a client and NO photos exist of ME in a ditch either.. LOL.

Past bear hunter Mandy Webb of Woman Hunter www.womanhunter.com  takes this nice boar at Diamond A Ranch in Texas. Her and her husband took nice hogs while there.  Mandy writes for the Woman hunter magazine and has many statements on the forum on that site.

 

Past waterfowler George Goff sent me this photo of his buck he took just lately. George was a  good sport and a great story teller in camp this fall. ONe day it was Sex education and one day it was investments.

 

Past Bear hunter Phil of Arkansas sent us some photos of some good duck hunting. These fellows hunted at Big Lake in Manila Arkansas.

 

Ice ridges on Lake of the Prairies near the fishing shack. I went for a walk on my snowshoes and this ridge is across the lake about 1/2 mile down.

Grandaughter Missy takes a spin with Grandma Judy  in her little car.. Grandpa Tom and Dad said it was a old red sunfire and she did not care as long as she got it. But when she saw her Lemon Cruiser she did some squeeling.
