Mr Fisher to the stand and settled, then boom Bear Down, then the story Mr Fisher is so excited it was a unique experience for us to have someone so new to the Hunting world. His Face said a million words. Congrats to Mr Fisher on his Manitoba Black bear Trophy.
Bears coming and going from the bait and he is trying to make up his mind which is biggest.. Finally he choses this 5 ft black and has a Manitoba Black bear trophy.
Wow another colored bear.. He just got is first colored back from the taxidermist and now he has another one.

7 hunters arrive to camp for Spring Black Bear Hunting. Tom give them the Bear 101 he does regularly ever time we have hunters arrive… Knowledge of what to expect, what we expect of the hunters, and info on sizes of bears, an answering any questions which they may have.
This scat is the size of a Coke Can, I wonder what size of a Big Old Bruin it came from.. Time will tell when we hunt this stand..
Access to meat scraps in rural Manitoba for bear bait, most hunters use some sort of bait besides oats and grease from sweets, baking, candy, meat scraps and beaver carcasses.. Good baiting practices make great sightings and the baits.

Keep your eyes and ears open ar the bait, we were jus finishing and we saw this little fellow arriving off to the left. He never stopped , just came in for a burger , I guess
May 27 we had Mr Nan, Mr Fisher and Mr Yang experience a Black Bear hunt at Big Grass. Photos with the Big Bear, Bear 101 and then Camo up and head for the stand. Lots of questions, lots of laughs and I hope we all understood everything.
