Leased Agricultural land in the Manitoba central region bordering south edges of Riding Mountain National Park is a top producer of Boone & Crockett record book quality non-typical and typical trophy bucks. High scoring racks along with dark, heavy-antlered mass and body weights are positive reason for clients to return year after year.
Muzzleloader and rifle hunts are offered on private land which we have leased over 10 years, eliminating the resident hunting pressure and lessening the opportunity of other human disturbance. Fully enclosed tower stands (heaters supplied if needed) are placed on scrape line, rubs, and between bedding and feeding areas.
Safety harnesses and 2-way radios are supplied for communication with your guide. Hunters have options of changing hunting locations throughout the week since Big Grass has an ample number of stands for each scheduled hunt. Rattling horns, grunt tubs and scent lines give great success while in the stand. If you prefer an enclosed ground blinds to an elevated stand, Big Grass can accommodate this request while maintaining a safe hunting environment.
