Monday Morning hunters are up early in prep for the hunt this afternoon. Bacon eggs and Hash browns, homemade jam, rye toast, and OJ, to fill the holes, then a snack to take to the field, and supper when they return.
On way home from town and came along 2 turkey buzzards at a dead carcass on the road. One fellow is trying to get a bite while other fellow is being very protective of the food.

19 days since I first saw this hatch of Canvasbacks and they are nearly grown up. They roost here on this stump during night away from any predators.
