Deer season is now over and sausage making has begun. Sunday after pancakes and eggs and ham
we start the process. 2 deer were trimmed and ground ready for sausage. Mixing , stuffinga nd wrapping is all done by 230 pm and 150lbs later we are done. NOw all we have to do is cook it up and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
