Cause the hide must be stretched, bare and discolored spots painted, all these things must be done before the ordering of cities permits, and shipping the finished rug to the hunter.. Scott usually has the fihished rug back to the  clients befor a year is over.,, barring all dissasters like postal strikes, and spring bear and turkey season starts…..
