This corner is not yet flooding. still lots of snow back inthe woods to melt and run down the road. Last year we had over 1 foot of water running over here at the corner in mid April. We will wait and see.

Travelling toward the outcamp We see many people out enjoying the Manitoba Spring weather. The young fellow is out taking a nice spring ride  enjoying the 50F temps.  

Bait barrels all filled up waiting to haul to start the spring bear hunting and the first load of barrels left the yard yesterday for outcamp. 45 barrels will be hauled 135 miles to outcamp near Alonsa in ready for the season. Still lots of snow so bears will not be moving for couple weeks yet.

Sitting on a pond just by Russell Manitoba near dusk we see a flock of Canadians glide down and they roost on the open water of the airation of the Rainbow trout pond. this is really the only open water we have as of yet. Still 2-4 feet of ice on most water here in the Russell area.

Margot and her freinds arrive on Friday for the weekend of skiing and boarding at Asessippi Ski hill. Then they come back to relax unwind and have fun at Big Grass Cabins till 8 am when they leave for the slopes in the morning. Having fun Guys!!!!
