Just half mile from the lodge a pair of Canada geese and goslings make thier way across the neighbours pea field.THe adults crunch down tring not to be seen.

This doe has been in the Buffalo pen all spring I saw looks like she is about to fawn soon.

Every year we have a group of grads aarrive to celebrate their last year together. here some of the group are sitting around relaxing and haveing a cool one!

Holmans Taxidermy in Brandon, does a large number of bear mounts over the season. Here they are laying everywhere, draining, thawing and getting ready to put forms in.

vincent has spent a lot of his time setting beaver and muskrat traps this spring. One night we took him out to check traps.

Green Sub pulling white gmc which was trying to back to trailer. Snow a little too deep and a trailer a little to far away.  Oh well something to do on a Sunday morn. HOpe spring comes soon!!

April 19 and the geese are still wondering why they are standing in the snow.  April 21 we woke to 2 inches of snow on the ground Last year the golf course was open and temps we in the 70 above. We were bear hunting already..
