how does a dog know its to pick up a bird? Sammy jo loves to retrieve A Ball A stick a Boot, however first time in field she marked all but didn’t like the feathers, however it wasnt long till that isn’t a problem. Copper however is a true bird dog, picks it up tail in air and away he goes.. It is just amazing what a fun day it is to see them work in the field.

Do Have time to take a Kid hunting on Sunday morning on “a Red neck hunt”?
We luv to hunt with our grand son Vincent and his buddies and our friends.. Scouting, setting decs, and then hunting, cleaning the birds and lunch make MeMories. Never is there a chance goes by if we have a call to hunt does Tom refuse to get in a blind with any of local fellows.. Our equipment offers young fellows more opporturnity and plus we LUV TO HUNT!!

Do you cook you wild meat ? Fergies Duck Burritos and Smoked Crane, with 8 starving hunters, and the crock pot was empty in no time.
RECIPE: clean and prepare duck/goose breasts, slice into strips about 1 inch wide, marinate in Pepsi 8-10 hours, drain and pull apart with fork, add 8 oz BBQ sauce, 2 onions 6 tomatos, and some peppers, and any other veggies you may want… cook 6-8 hours. torilla shells, shredded cheese of any kind, some people prefer a little heat so add some hot sauce. its all up to your taste buds.. Who cleans your Birds when you hunt? usually we have Bird Man who helps us out but Strep Throat put him down and Tom Judy and the hunter had to back up the Cleaning shed… But we gott it done that is all that counts… Hunters helped as we are slower than Bridman..

The Dodd group from Idaho and Alaska arrive for a little goose and duck hunting Fun! limits of Mallards, day 1 limits of Mallards day 2 and 37 snows along with limits of mallards day 3. Curt asks is it always like this or are we just GOOD shots.. Well Tom replies Judy the scout goes from Hero to a Zero but today she is a Hero… It is hunting boys, and you gotta know what is happening, weather must help and then Great shooters who are not scared to pull the trigger if they are a little far out there always helps….. Tom believes if you dont shoot it wont fall and you never know when its going to FALL!! All the birds went back to Idaho, so there will be lots of jerky burritos, and sausage in Idaho and Alaska the fall…

Can he shoot thoseHonkers? Will he smirk when they hit the ground? Big old honkers who eat a lot of grain in the local farmers fields are the birds that hit the hardest.. Jason luvs to hunt anything that flys.. Thats why those Cranes made him smirk when they swung a little close to his spread one morning.

Would you take either of these bears? Bear pops are high in Manitoba, little black is feeding at the apples and oat barrel out back and the nice blonde was at the yard in spring. However too bad he wouldnt stay away from local farmers dog dish so he was put down.. He would of made a beauty in a few years. Tim returns to take a Black with his 45-70 and these Barnes Vor-tx bullets.. the petals rolled back when it went threw both shoulders and stopped just inside skin on other side.. what a cool thing to see with these cannon like shells.
